Work life balance. Very repetitive work . One can manage and make a balance in personal and work stuff. Salary is good if you negotiate good at the time of joining. Later it becomes stagnant ( bonus is good )

Work , skill development , self growth is quite difficult as mostly old technologies are running since years . Senior monopoly. Very less scope for new comer to learn , implement new things , gives ideas and growth . Few people sitting since inception at senior level , they do not move resulting impacting your growth .

JPMC is one of the best employers. The work life Balance is good. Senior management is really great. Employee benefits are another one to be called out. Over all a great experience. I would love to work for this for this firm again.

One of the worst culture now . I suggest nobody should never ever work here . Full of politics and managers are very very dumbassholes . They care only about there job safety and security. They can terminate when ever they want and doest give or take any explanation .
