Long working hours in almost all projects what I heard, Timings are from 12 to 9, but it will be 12 to 12 daily , work wise there won't be hands on much but just to maintain all frameworks that will do all parts, and strict timelines and they think it's simple and can be completed before timelines ,but practically it takes more timeand you have to work continuously without a small break to complete. Lot of learning opportunities but you can't do anything. Leadership is non technical persons almost and the leadership is worst. no Tech lead , no Team lead in my team every data engineer is owner for 2 to 3 modules and you have to work alone, team people can't even help you at any time because of hectic work. Ingesting data from diff sources to hive tables using spring boot framework and following shitty process and reading use less 100-200 mails. just configure one json file for ingestion or validation from any sources to any target
