If you will join as a external employee these guys not even treat you as a employee at any point of time. The higher management guys not even talk to you. It is very worst culture for external employees. If any one is going to join in this company as a external employee better be away and join any other company even that is small organisation better to join as internal employee over there.

Compare to outside market JPMC provide good benefits. careers growth it depends process that u working. there will be no market or demand also but it depends on process wise

Work stress will be more there. Politics always there. If you were working during peak months means need stretch more then 9hrs. Volumes will be high depends on process and months
