Hello All, I wanted to understand how many rounds does Nomura take for an interview. I have already given 3 rounds of interview. With VP, ED and an onshore member. However I’m now being told that there might be another round as well. If anyone has recently given interviews for Nomura, please let me know your experience. This is one of the best companies to work for. It's such an employee centric company, they have amazing work life balance, I never had to work even for a minute extra from my usual timings. Some managers are good and some are bad but that keeps on changing and one bad manager is not much able to spoil the environment of the company if the company policies are good and it essentially ensures to keep its employees happy....Read More

Best work life balance. They just give very minimal amount of work in a day which can be easily completed in almost half day only. Enough amount of annual and sick leaves are also provided for employee wellbeing.
