Advise Needed - Staying vs leaving

I have an offer from Morgan Stanley since I wasn’t happy with my career trajectory in my current organisation - JPMC. After tendering my resignation, the management reached out to me trying to convince why leave JPM you’ve spent a lot of time here. Take a move internally etc. Now I’m selected and they are matching the offer I had from MS. What should be the best course of action for me? JPM is offering me a product role but under the same manager - I don’t wish to be under him. MS offers me a role in product operation and the team is expected to grow. What do I choose?

This is one of the best companies to work for. It's such an employee centric company, they have amazing work life balance, I never had to work even for a minute extra from my usual timings. Some managers are good and some are bad but that keeps on changing and one bad manager is not much able to spoil the environment of the company if the company policies are good and it essentially ensures to keep its employees happy....Read More
