Advise Needed - Staying vs leaving

I have an offer from Morgan Stanley since I wasn’t happy with my career trajectory in my current organisation - JPMC. After tendering my resignation, the management reached out to me trying to convince why leave JPM you’ve spent a lot of time here. Take a move internally etc. Now I’m selected and they are matching the offer I had from MS. What should be the best course of action for me? JPM is offering me a product role but under the same manager - I don’t wish to be under him. MS offers me a role in product operation and the team is expected to grow. What do I choose?

There should be facility for change project not only in with in JP Morgan India it should be all across the JP Morgan offices (outside India as well). There should not be any description for visa if a open position is there then company should give sponsorship for visa if a candidate is eligible.
