JP Morgan has amazing set of senior management who helps to guide and shapes the professional journey of an individual. There is alot of scope of learning and opportunities which will make an individual a successful employee.

Dislikes

Some manager take the internal mobility and play dirty politics like asking the current team to look out for more opportunities in the name of exploring the opportunity in the firm. This includes, discussion of internal mobility in the team and telling current team members that are lot of people waiting to join the team from previous team. This is highly unprofessional and I think company should refrain such managers. This also includes, hiring their own people from previous team and not being neutral to the rest of the team members.
