The timings are not strict. Not much of micro-management. Located at the centre of the city. There are few extremely talented people in the top level management/ managers.

No proper training, not even for freshers. Salary is credited on 5th of every month. Sometimes it can be the 7th. No proper workload management. The experienced emp gets lot of work and the fresher won't get any work to do. You resign and you are treated differently. The appraisal won't be done on time. It will be given somewhere around June. Its depends on the client mostly which makes pressure on team to deliver soon , people are hardworking here , most of will help if you stuck somewhere
