In the beginning they asked us to undergo training which promised very well designed guidelines. But it was never followed

Dislikes

I took 2 interviews for their client Merkle in November 2023 and send detailed feedback. But they didn't send me the compensation after many followups. They also didn't follow the rules as per the registration. My recommendation is not to waste your valuable work time for them

Likes

The full time employees are very patient and helpful with interns. CEO and CTO are very approachable and always lend a patient year to your problems. The company is fully remote which is a plus.

Dislikes

The work life balance is somewhat average and that too can be fixed with a good manager which will be there in coming time when the team size increases.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
