No work life balance, You will become state office enemy if you apply for the leaves that is yours and provided by company, shift ends in 9 hours but have to be in office for 12-14 hours without any extra pay. Most toxic company with no values for employees and customers

Role employees only get the benifits, they used off-role employees like use and throw tea cups. Every year same pressure for contract extension. If project completed means they throw away. No proper increments. 3 or more than 3 years once put salary increment.

Day to day, I meet the company's expectations with 100% delivery. One positive aspect is that employees benefit from flexible hours, which greatly supports work-life balance.

I am dissatisfied with the performance ratings in relation to the daily workload. The increment distribution is delayed until late October, and compared to the company's profits, the increases provided to employees are minimal. Managers are behaving like very crucial manner. Not supportive.

Salary comes on time every month no matter what. I think leave policy is also good and leaves can be availed without too many approvals as is the case with other organisations. Flexible working hours and job security for some reason.

No vision for career growth of employees. Promotions are rare and very difficult for some reason for example many employees haven't been promoted from last 10 years and so. Also salary discrepancy exists at highest level as no slab system for salary is being followed by the company. Very process oriented and local HR team is reluctant to override these processes even if it means to loosing some of the key employees. No employee retention policy, they will happily let you go even if you have spend a life time there and are a core member of the team. Overall company does not present a good platform for budding employees however if you are very high in the hierarchy and get a senior manager role or above, then it might be the place for you. Less stress and slow pace environment will be good for someone who wants to settle down without caring much about the work culture and learning development.
