Nothing is there for like Totally harrassment. Every time you will think why i joined here. No value No talking behaviour No timing for work any time you need to ready No week off allowed if we took week off so Marked absent for next 2-3days totally harrassment.

Politics No value for hardworker and honesty also no value of experienced person All are not good like company culture Company norms not followed If you can chaplusi so there is very good opportunity. If you can't do that never do anything

Underpaid so need suggestions

I have a around 14 years of experience in ISP/Telecom company. In my previous company I spend almost 13 years I joint as BDO and left company with position of Head of Business Operations. As company was small and due to competition, Company started to lose customers and so I Decided to leave the company, I joint one of big Telco now but my fixed CTC is 11,56,000. Below is my Academic Background BMS Graduate passed - 2010 Diploma in Marketing Mangt - 2011 PGP in Management- 2022 Global MBA - 2023 Please suggest me what I should demand in My coming opportunity and what is my actual Market Value?
