I have a around 14 years of experience in ISP/Telecom company. In my previous company I spend almost 13 years I joint as BDO and left company with position of Head of Business Operations. As company was small and due to competition, Company started to lose customers and so I Decided to leave the company, I joint one of big Telco now but my fixed CTC is 11,56,000. Team leadership and managers are very selfish, rudely no manners how to talk every time sale sale.seniors (team leader, managers )calls to executive Monday to Friday work 7 am to 9pm and Saturday Sunday 4am to 9pm.and donot give weekly off in Sunday also.and one thing if a executive could not come in meeting time 7am or 8 pm he rejected food aur convinced allowance of executive,TL and managers saves him job always managers and team leader are Hitler for executive and management,if you see history of jio broadband department executive lefts always job ,team leader and managers nerver left job he is till in jio,you can think about now...Read More

It's okay as long as you say yes to senior's yes and no to no. As soon as you say right to right and wrong to wrong seniors will make your life hell and resign will only the way to see only after that.

Everyone here knows their time value, the time of others has no value. No one appreciates someone for doing more or good, everyone tortured him on doing less work. You will also have leave and if you take it, that leave not even be approved and the leave also be deducted and the salary of those days will also be deducted.

No deadline timing. Work early in the morning and work till the end of day. Incentives is good, but growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14 hours in a day.
