There's not a one thing there so many flaws HR here has super power whatever they thing they just say and apply. Working 9 hours are mandatory if you not covered full 9 hours assume you've 5min short fall in week it'll be count as half day, no issues with this case but what about late night work hours we're working more than 9 hoursor even in weekend due to manager pressure and that will calculate at all no comoff. There is no Provision where complain top management about this issue. There should be a Provision in every IT company where need specify if someone needs to do extra working hours due to any reason it's should be know by top management. Coming to managers, in Jio manager has super power all things must approve by manager and we ask manager he asked to get approved by HR and vice versa. They both play game saying each other name but will approve. If sudden death happened in family and you want to come back after following all death ritual they are not allowing WFH, too strange. Manger here scold people like a kid told unnecessary things without respect he'll moral down your confidance even much more to add here....Read More

PLI distribution is very bad and very late. Promotion is very delay for most of the employees like 8 to 10 years HR is having it’s poor management Only employees are getting promotions who are closed to management

1. Appraisal timing is not correct , it happened in November and appraisal amount is also very low compared to other IT companies. 2. Salary variable part which suppose to come in April ,came in October every year so indirectly they hold the emp salary. 3. Worst HR , full with bad attitude , they act like the Owner and deny org emp benefits to emp . No transparency and full partiality.
