Currently working for Reliance JIO with 10LPA include variable pay in the Telecom domain having 6 years of experience. You can share your ideas for productivity, Few people are very gentle and hence company is in good condition till date. Invested approx 8 years. Process driven company.

But it's difficult to get implemented and recognise it for your own ideas. Huge politics and cunning mindsets people not allowing you to win. Hence don't have job satisfaction. After 8 years also no any recognition. But employee would not be able to get benefit because of process.

Company's uppar management ' only ' is very innovative and clear- like ( board of directors )
