You can share your ideas for productivity, Few people are very gentle and hence company is in good condition till date. Invested approx 8 years. Process driven company.

Dislikes

But it's difficult to get implemented and recognise it for your own ideas. Huge politics and cunning mindsets people not allowing you to win. Hence don't have job satisfaction. After 8 years also no any recognition. But employee would not be able to get benefit because of process.

Company's uppar management ' only ' is very innovative and clear- like ( board of directors )

Worst part about this company, they don't work on employee satisfaction, employee here is completely frustrated with leadership team , no ethics, no culture only politics, something i feel are these people enough capable to hold that positionwere they are or they got the postion just beacuse of they have strong route in side and out side.
