No company culture, everything is running on autopilot. Your effort will not be recognised and you won't be promoted until you resign. Management only cares about work nothing else matters.

Dont join ever, even if you dont have job better to die than joining here. Bcoz you will die here everyday. No technical knowledge to upper people working but want you to obey thier knowledge. Reliance has stopped all hr benefits in our govt project. Though company offers benefits to other project engineers. But Reliance will apply more work though you have assigned for single project as before.

Work life balance is very bad and hr all benefits not applied.

Working with jio platforms is good experience as a fresher. Learned many things from teammate’s & softwares as we are using on our project.

Dislikes

There is no growth e work life same project & same tools . There is no free time to learn something new and no one will not allow grow up in work carrier to learn something. How much we are working that much appraisal we not get from them

work life balance is good, In RCP there are many facilities like GYM,TT and lot of activity to do.

No remote culture, no salary hike, PLI always delay, manager not helpfull, 9hr very strict. no new things are implementing in the project.

Nothing to like in this company very less salary only every December they cut 500 from in-hand salary I am working from 2 years they cut 1500 from my in-hand salary. Very difficult to live in Mumbai no increment only decrement.

9 house strictly in office even you done your work you have to stay 9 house in office. No work life balance
