Don't waste your time in this company... They will take 3,4 round of interview and if you are selected they will say firstly you have to resign from your company then only I will give you offer letter.. which they will never give you .... Hr team don't know any rules and regulation ... They will waste your time... Salary is decidedanything else but after you accept the offer they will they will complete change the salary which are decided... Hr Supriya ma'am ... You should learn rule and regulation... Company is good and since they do have end to end clients then learning will be high. Even they do have good training and learning or development teams.

Too much politics, They will external hiring and ruined there career here people don't even know how manage staffing if you don't listen to higher management they will start poking you so that you leave organization issuing PIP if they want to fire someone.
