Job security is above average mostly if you are not extremely poor in your work you would not be fired.

Dislikes

Culture is very poor specially in projects they treat people like machines, 72 hrs working hours is compulsory without any over time payments. Senior leaders lack in long term vision mostly focus on short term benifits

regular training for skill development (but only if your manager relieves you for it), Compensation is better than competetors.

Worst top management, dont appreciate talent, expect people to do 12 hours without overtime. and still cuts their variable pay. please do not join this company just for money, you will regret it forever.

The mid management doesn't know how to grow retail and channel marketing. They don't trust their ground level employees and doesn't provide support. Here the pressure is immense and without any reason anytime your job can go

Work environment is very nice. Colleagues and Seniors are very supportive.

Dislikes

Deduction is very high. Despite having own power plant, electricity bill gets deducted from those who are taking family accomodation. Quarters rent is also not subsidised yet.
