It defends on the reporting officer, I have the best RO, so I love going to work, learn new things everyday and there is a positive environment in our team as we all are young minds with unique perspectives which helps in achieving goals together.

Dislikes

The higher position people have some kind of unethical attitude and the accommodation and food are horrible in the township. And other recreational facilities are also not available.

Worst company I have seen in my life. "Khun chusne k liye admi ko jinda rakhna zaroori hai" management has this type of mindset.

I'm really happy to be part of it. As a fresher when I joined after college as a DET, it's out of my mind whatever I have to do there or which job will hand over to me . But I was put on a project which was really great to me to learn. So it wasn't so easy whenever you join as a freshy. But I got my seniors like a guardian there. Preferably nothing like this . But you know poor communication is a big problem in a workplace.The issue starts when employees avoid speaking forthright to their employers for fear of retribution. And one thing I like to say that ' The lack of opportunity of growth '. An Employee works there where he find his satisfaction !! May be I wrong ..
