To be honest, all the instruments I work on here were in my degree course. As a result, there is a lot of good work to be done with them and a lot of small work to learn here

To be honest, there is no discussion about how the work will be done or what precautions should be taken or which process will make the work better or faster before doing any work. There is no suitable work environment. Irrelevant tasks such as house keeping are more important to them than processes.
