Less Pay
Hi there,
I am working as an Assistant Manager in Supply Chain Domain from last 3yrs. My current compensation stoods at 8.64 including fix+variable. I believe according to market rate i stand myself at a very lower side. Although everything seems to be tuned as of now with respect to work life balance, no work pressure but again with 3 yrs of experience, i feel it's high time to think about switch or to take spike in my current compensation. My current appraisal stood at 12% for FY24-25. But i am not satisfied with my salary.

12% appraisal sounds decent, but if you feel undervalued, it might be time to test the waters. Have you started applying elsewhere?

Have you checked what peers with similar experience are making? That can give you a clearer picture of your market worth.

Considering supply chain job, with That YOE, I would say you are on higher side brother. You can skill up and look for jobs in the market but don't feel bad about that amount.
