Because is growing this company and is one of the largest companies in India.

Because this company is an experience holder, it is not giving properly salary. Especially to the diploma persons who is working here for 5 more years.

Salary is good for degree holders but for others salary is terrible. Like for diploma holders CTC is 2.5 L per annum max while for degree holders it is 10lakhs and skilled labour get arround 4-6 Lakhs per annum.

... Power is a good brand name you would be satisfied with the designation you get here,you can get a handsome salary after joining into other company.

Sorry to say but this is the real fact that here is no perfect period of getting salary.This the major drawback.There is no proper working environment.You can only survive here by false compliments of senior no team work.

Job security 100% like govt employees but work culture & compensation structure is not good enough like related industry.

There is a lot of politics & the management does not address pur issues.Salary structure is decent.

Company reputation is good. But inside management is very bad. Salary is very low and no annual bonus and also less increment. If you are below executive then you are nothing but a value less worker here. Work load is very high but salary is low. You cannot manage Work-life balance. New comers CTC is same as 4yr experienced employee salary also after your confirmation you also going to be frustrated.
