Best thing about JSPL was freedom... You are allowed to do anything that help in plant operation or during project phase.... Jindal saab himself came to hostel 3 and chatted with us about our well being and it was not political he genuinely cared for us.. There's no overtime still I used to be in the plant after shift hours as I loved the people I loved the plant the management... In one of the meeting with HR i said I want to learn autocad as as-built dwg are required for record keeping. In 5 days 1 week training organised... I said during project that i wish to learn the scheduling software training arranged and delivered by HR...Everything was picture perfect. .I am talking about 2011-2015..
