Hi Guys,
I have 10 years of experience in Welding & Heavy Fabrication, last year I joined a reputed indian company with 15.5LPA + 1.5L Variable, now I got an offer of 23LPA + 0% Variables in an small / medium sized company involved in Shipbuilding.
* Should I consider joining the company as the offered salary is very good from my perspective?
* Should I work another 2-3 years in my present company and then look for opportunities?
Please advice/ offer your views

The salary hike is definitely attractive, but consider long term growth. Does the new company offer career stability, learning opportunities, and industry recognition?

Shipbuilding is a niche industry with strong demand. If you see future growth in that sector, this could be a smart move. Otherwise, staying in a reputed firm has its own benefits.

Bhai, paise toh zabardast mil rahe hain! Bas yeh dekh lo ki company stable hai ya nahi. Kahi 2 saal baad wapas na dhoondna pade.

If the new company is stable and offers career growth, go for it! But if your current company has better long-term prospects, waiting might be wiser.

Bhai, 23L is no joke! But smaller companies can be unstable.
