Management is employee friendly. HR is also listening to your problems. You can raise your concern to EDor MD directly. Mostly are good. I will give 3.8 out of 5.

However, their policies are not updated, and no one is bother about it. Each policy are 13–14-year-old. Old employees are very stubborn. Senior employees will tell you/instruct you verbally and if you ask them in hard they wont provide. Seniors are doing just opposite of the Company's core Values.
