Having worked in two previous companies I would rate jeevan technologies as a more satisfying tenure where employees are taken care to the best. During the challenging times of COVID-19 Pandemic this company went above and beyond to support its employees,where the HR & Admin team did an outstanding job in connecting with all family members and taking care of the essentials and offering all support. I joined Jeevan Technologies a couple of years back and there has been a lot of learning till today as every time we want to upskill ourselves, the organization supports employees in each and every way. The certification cost reimbursed by the company. The staffs are very friendly, especially the HR team, we are able to reach them at a time and they are very easily approachable and they will help us with all the queries that arise. We also have to make a special mention to all the support staff, as without their help at times, our work would be completely interrupted.
