Having worked in two previous companies I would rate jeevan technologies as a more satisfying tenure where employees are taken care to the best. During the challenging times of COVID-19 Pandemic this company went above and beyond to support its employees,where the HR & Admin team did an outstanding job in connecting with all family members and taking care of the essentials and offering all support. They have multiple staff recognition programs namely,annual performers, monthly rewards and recognition program, project incentives etc… which ensure unbiased acknowledgment of all staff contributions.in my work experiences so far,jeevan technologies has proven to be a unique and exceptional place to work.I am grateful for the positive impact this company has had on my professional journey and personal well-being....Read More

I joined Jeevan Technologies a couple of years back and there has been a lot of learning till today as every time we want to upskill ourselves, the organization supports employees in each and every way. The certification cost reimbursed by the company. The staffs are very friendly, especially the HR team, we are able to reach them at a time and they are very easily approachable and they will help us with all the queries that arise. We also have to make a special mention to all the support staff, as without their help at times, our work would be completely interrupted. You can learn in a worst possible way You will be treated like school kid From your reporting to the most senior position employees will threaten you by saying about firing you. If you don't people please you'll be fired No co employee request Don't join unless you've someone in the company who holds a higher position. Else you'll suffer. It's a huge list. But I stop here.
