A good company, developed over a short span to 3 plants and 8 products with lots of variants, a company with a very good name in market dominance. Always has challenging jobs for everyone to prove themselves. The company manitains a good Work+Life balance.

As a huge employer the company now needs to think about the development of employees with trainings, workshops, classes, skill development,etc. Also the company needs to develop an environment where employees can perform to their fullest with no fear about job security.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
