Customer oriented. Playing offensive in market. Customised products as per customer need No work load, even don’t have any work being unorganised n unsystematic company, all delicate the work for the last moment and any other will have to get it done in urgency.

Dislikes

Poor production planning Poor supply chain Poor new model planning n implementation No change mgmnt Senior mgmt is too illogical there. Even they won’t agree with newtons law if they wanna yell on you. Worst culture, all are busy in dirty politics due to poor job security. Poor appraisal system

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
