fantastic experience for one year with my jcb. i gain lot off experience ,working skill and more. i learn industrial work,i learn 5s, seven qc tool, line balancing,3m,kaizen and more about the engine. the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology i love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable high quality product and has a global client base.

nothing to me but sometimes the work pressure is very high .

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
