Dislikes

Even if you work hard and show 100% to the company you should not think about any appraisal. It is very much difficult to find out where the company exist.

I joined in Jayam as a Software tester but i worked as Client Support team.The only thing to notice Jayam is the involvement in different Cricket Tournament in Hyderabad.I worked for 2 years in Jayam but not able to get ant motivation from Management.

Innocent and Friendly Employees. Some people are good.

Dislikes

I've Terrible experience working here. No work life balance, very bad management. They take out original certificates and make us feel like hell. No appraisals. Make us to work more than 15hrs, No holiday on Saturday, Sunday. Simply Copy, Paste Code here and there. Work environment is not good like 2bhk flat. No freedom for employees.
