Company is very good in following compliance. Company is aggressive in cost cutting. Very competitive

Big difference in salary structure for same profile and position. Hire and fire on requirement bases. Very short term strategies most of the time cost effectiveness is main motive. Most of the drive are centralized, so not much for you to change whether good or bad

Threating about termination to new joienees And all above are my personal experience with my boss. Might be some will lead their team LEADER'S but my BM ended up by being a BOSS
