If you want Chill working life. This is the place. Best Job Security, Work Life balance, No Management Pressure, No Rating Tension, Proper Salary band according to post, Easy working life, Good Township and Infrastructure, School inside plant, Plant Location.

Dislikes

Canteen Food very bad, Salary compensation low as compared to market, No Increment, No Medical insurance, Learning Opportunities are very limited.
