Canteen Food very bad, Salary compensation low as compared to market, No Increment, No Medical insurance, Learning Opportunities are very limited.

Township near of plant area. Clean Atmosphere and less traffic rush.

Dislikes

Yearly increment very poor. Only 500-600rs And promotion also not fixed...may be in 4yr or 8yr. Area Located in pure Village. Less vehicle and train connectivity. Good Hospitals and schools not available near 40-50KM. Only basic facilities are available.

Job is hundred percent secure,working culture is very good. Company owner is very kind but local management and local policy is not good.
