Learning wise there are huge opportunities in Jade as you can work in any number of project in single iterations. The problem is with the billability, the company never gives complete billability in any of the project. There are bench where people are working in different project but as a flexi resource that is no billability. The Billabilaty directly impacts your variable pay. Most of the time employe do not get their VPI. As a fresher you can join jade but if you are looking to join as an experienced person and long term commitment then go for some big Service based company otherwise join product based. You will get work but the problem is you can not sustain in the environment for long and after a year you again have to look for a change.
