It’s been 4 months working with iXceed and it’s been really great journey so far. Happy with the team and manager. Everyone is so supportive and I have learnt so many things. Working culture is also great with good work life balance and training every Thursday. Fun celebrations like Bollywood night and movie nights etc every month .

Great leaders, intelligent thoughtful people, appreciations, celebrations, recognitions, trainings and job satisfaction. Having this kind of company in office is one of it's kind in kota. I proudly say to all that i work in international corporate company. Best thing is I'm staying nearby my family and earning in great digits in kota itself. Your hardwork is appreciated here.

No I don't have any complains. Brining such great initiative in city like kota is something unique and we are blessed for that. Earlier I was working with domestic company here but after joining this company, I have seen great changes in my personality.

Everything is good. Great place to work. I’m enjoying working here in this shift. It’s giving me enough time to manage my work and personal life. Account managers are helpful here. Everyday is new beginning here with new tasks, challenges and hopes for submission.

Well there is nothing to dislike and why I should dislike such an awesome company which selected me to work in this uk shift. I’m doing great closures and taking monthly incentives along with my salary which is always on time.

there is nothing to like in iXceed. They don't give appraisals, no RNR, NO Trips, no Annual function, no culture, Yogita and Pawan have ego problems. They believe in hire and fire. If you don't have PO in 3 months they fire candidate. They don't even know the process of recruitment. I worked more tahn 1 year but its really toxic to work there. They ask to sign Bond which is illegal in India now. they are hiring recruiter max in 30k and manager in 6-7 LPA and think all employees as Labour....Read More
