Everything here is fine apart from Salary Hikes , but its far better than other big companies like TCS, Infosys , HCL , CTS and etc .

Office events are good some times . Benifits are good if they lay off but removing people without any reason is a bull shit process.

No job security. They will lay off without any reason. Managers have power but they wont use it to save their team members . People are partial and shows favouritism. If you looking for some peaceful work life and secure job , then this is not the one

About managers , recently some layoffs happend after that management decided to reduce notice period from 3 to 2months, for that time managers arguing to management they are not accepting to reduce notice period, whenever hikes discussions or some other things managers are keep on quite they are not even discussing anything about employees. Delayed response always from HR. If lucky enough to work on a bigger project you will get a good exposure otherwise organization doesn't even bother to know you existence. CEO is just an employee in the organization like other. Organization doesn't bother if you all survive the sudden crises of layoff or not. Will just pay you for may be 3 or 5 months without even check int current market of job vacancies. They provide you with great competitive salary which becomes a problem for an employee after being laid off, which causses low salary expectation to get a job and survive. None of the benefits or culture match with the Big4 except the one lay off process and culture. Worst internal hiring process for employee who were benched. Promises will be maid that you will feel you will get into some other team/project but you are still secured but the ultimate intention behind it to lay off. It's very good company to start but as there are so many seniors you will not get enough work to get. Here everyone thinks individually not as a team they develop inside teams. But coming to company's culture it's very good

I have worked in this organisation for 3 years. Company management is not in favour with employees. They are part of politics No hike no appraisal. you will stick with the same designation , company politics is very bad. Blame game you have daily work more than your log off time.
