About managers , recently some layoffs happend after that management decided to reduce notice period from 3 to 2months, for that time managers arguing to management they are not accepting to reduce notice period, whenever hikes discussions or some other things managers are keep on quite they are not even discussing anything about employees. Delayed response always from HR. If lucky enough to work on a bigger project you will get a good exposure otherwise organization doesn't even bother to know you existence. CEO is just an employee in the organization like other. Organization doesn't bother if you all survive the sudden crises of layoff or not. Will just pay you for may be 3 or 5 months without even check int current market of job vacancies. They provide you with great competitive salary which becomes a problem for an employee after being laid off, which causses low salary expectation to get a job and survive. None of the benefits or culture match with the Big4 except the one lay off process and culture. Worst internal hiring process for employee who were benched. Promises will be maid that you will feel you will get into some other team/project but you are still secured but the ultimate intention behind it to lay off. Colleagues are good. Company provides training as well. Anyway, it all depends on your Manager. Good work is appreciated.
Bonus payout is less. Exit management is also poor - No bonus is given if you leave even after 6 months of the payout. They will recover it back from you.
