iView Labs Pvt Ltd is the best place to work, i was started my career from iView Labs i was learned so many things about iOS development also i was developed around 14-15 iOS application in iView Labs. Mr. Siddharth Shah (CEO) of iView Labs is a very perfact captain of the iView team, he is very nice and helpful person.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
