The worst organization I've ever worked with, this organisation was the payroll company that deployed me with WIPRO. Neither of the organisations has work culture, managements do politics instead of justice to their work and hired me for a different technology and made me do work on some other and released me halfway without any notice in 1-week short notice. I've written emails to the WIPRO CEO-level hierarchy, but none cared to get back to you. Despite the managerial level failure of not knowing/anticipating the man force requirement, they hire to show man force as per technology to get the project. They are least bothered to listen to one's personal situation. Note: My sincere request to the people who are about to affiliate with IT Source Technologies and WIPRO for job purposes, is kindly do not waste your time and wait for another best opportunity so that you do not land up in the same scenario where I'm today. Work hours at WIPRO are 9:30 hrs which is against the Indian labour act, but they'll ask you to fill 8 hours in the official portal....Read More
