Nothing to like.. very bad culture Team lead and Manager both are non supportive.. Manager always pretend and shout over that she is manager but she don't have any managerial qualities Team lead is having lack of experience in what she is doing always yawning over team calls and crying over her responsibility. She makes groups with team members who are buttering to her.

Company work culture is good. Managers and Management are supportive. Management listens to employees issues and try to resolve it on priority. It was great experience working with IT Source. Good place to work.
