Company work culture is good. Managers and Management are supportive. Management listens to employees issues and try to resolve it on priority. It was great experience working with IT Source. Good place to work.

In this company that management is using employee efforts and after completed their work throw from company...this is use & throw management behaviour. They don't have any back to provide the salary on time, because I was working in LTI that time LTI had some migration process yet to complete but that time they hold the salary due to migration but that time IT source don't have any back to give the salary to the employees.
