Teammates are supportive, work from home, initiatives towards skill development. The onboarding process was smooth and very informative.

Dislikes

Unnecessary work pressure or load to impress client which leads to a situation were we cant enjoy working. Salary increments. Dont expect any good salary increments after joining.

3% increment for average performers, Appraisal cycle is March to April but increment is effective from november. That means no arrears from April to October. HR won't tell you this!! Worst company to work for if you are looking for increment of ablut 8%-15%. Very few will get 8%. In my department IS 4,5,6 level all took promotions in the name of "managing teams" while no IS-A,1,2 employees got any promotions.
