1. CEO Singh is only one who has a vision of orbit+ or AI and is trying hard to get team to execute. however, the down line is recently changed over last year - it's mostly a mess. Culture eats Strategy for breakfast and ITC infotech is classic example of it.

Worst company to work for if you are looking for increment of ablut 8%-15%. Very few will get 8%. In my department IS 4,5,6 level all took promotions in the name of "managing teams" while no IS-A,1,2 employees got any promotions.
