I just learnt a lot to develop my skill in the field of customer service and I render my best to achieve my given target of company with lot of appreciation. The company maintains a healthy professionalism and takes care off its every staffs irrespective of designation . I am quite happy to be associated with this company.

Dislikes

Should take more care specially female employees like to provide trasportation from a prominent location to facilitate them to motivate in their work leaving the fear of insecurity. My submission is that the authority may like to consider it.

Not only this company all hospitality sector told guest always right, but I thing guest always not right at all time one example Ghosh told someone stole my Rs.5000 show the management will definitely Enquiry on this but a guest Complaint come from a room, then it will be travel for the room attendant, simply without any investigation, they will call to gm office

Everything, ITC doesn't have any employee benefit all perks are only for the managers. Itc being an offline Marriott property follows the Marriott brand standards but where is the employee benefit which Marriott follows

ITC is staff friendly company , but yes the bussiness got loss in huge in hotel industry. But they cared people for 4 months those who have tenure for 1year. As company hire staff in FTC after 4months my tenure got complete . So they just asked me to join the company when the business get balanced.

No there is no way of dislike the company , because if i would have same company like them i should find out solutions for cost controlling.. but , as i said before that ITC was giving full payments to the staff , they could give 50% salary to the staff and keep them with company. Because , there are many people who have more attachment with the company as we all know this pandemic given a strike to every people. So in this crisis people get depressed losing there jobs. Great, i was happy to work with them because i was a part of pre opening team with them. Having a good relation with senior authority . As company has a friendly nature the staffs are also friendly with every people.
