I like learning about new skills to deal with guests, about ITC , about handling guests, about physical fitness, about baggage handling, about front office check in check outs, about room decorations and preparations of rooms for special occasions, about residence lounge handlings in ITC ROYAL BENGAL, about event hostings, about welcoming celebrities and special guests and above all hospitality.

Dislikes

I didn't get any guidance on my work, neither did I get a mentor nor someone to show us the right path to not just work but maintain consistency with work. My fellow colleagues were also very rude which resulted in my poor networking and a dearth of motivation to work. Lack of positive attitude is also very common.

Likes

The team is really supportive, and a few seniors are genuinely good.

Dislikes

The managers are not encouraging and slightly rude, and there is no job security even if you work hard. Growth is based on politics and favoritism.
