The company lacks proper management and often faces internal conflicts between the Chandigarh and Noida offices. As a result, employees end up bearing the brunt of these ongoing tensions. The HR department tends to follow the instructions of the SDM and site head, regardless of established policies, which creates confusion and frustration among the workforce. Dislikes

Transport system needs to improve especially for long distance employees. Sometimes the routes are long which cause delays and uncomfortable commuting.

If you are aligned with a good client somehow you will manage things but if you didn't get a good client please kido resign, prepare for a better organization they will harass you mentally so bad and lastly put you in that sort of situation where they will ask you to leave.

Dislikes

Management would not support you not even the senior managers or regional manager. They will act nice but they are just busy in making money, pampering clients and on any situation you are going to be the culprit they would not confront client in any way if there are certain issues.

Everything is bad, Employees are not treated like employees, they're treated like the managers pay salary from their own pockets. Cab costs are deducted completely from the employees. Not much in terms of growth here. Within an year people start leaving.

Quality of work and team building is good, I have worked with various MNCs but didn’t feel like they are as good ITBD. You can reach out to HR whenever you want unlike MNSc dropping a mail and waiting years for a reply.

Food isn’t available in morning shift that can be fixed and also cab service need some improvement.

1.Incompetent management. People with zero technical skills are SDM and managers. 2.No appreciation for hard work, if you can boot polish you can survive easily. 3. Favoritism at peak, people with minimal knowledge are SME's. 4. If you are not in the favorite list you will get very less appraisal whereas someone who is the favorite will be getting 60-70% more than you at your level but no knowledge. 5.
