1.Incompetent management. People with zero technical skills are SDM and managers. 2.No appreciation for hard work, if you can boot polish you can survive easily. 3. Favoritism at peak, people with minimal knowledge are SME's. 4. If you are not in the favorite list you will get very less appraisal whereas someone who is the favorite will be getting 60-70% more than you at your level but no knowledge. 5. The only thing I like working here is flexibility to work from home at least for now. Also, their senior management try to pamper their employees and make them feel important; however it is all verbal and nothing useful in terms of benefits.

Dislikes

Little to no monetary benefits. Annual appraisal is inadequate. I say this because I got just 10% even after being one of the top performers. The training sessions that they afford is not more than 100 level which is extremely basic and is usually not sufficient to cater to industry issues so you can only rely on self-research and knowledge.
