Mid Level Management like the TTLs . It seems they disturb employees more than it is required and the point is since they are not given any work or don't have nothing to do,some of these TTLs will poke their nose in your day to day activity sometimes which needs to be ignored as you have your work with a client and need to focus more there.

It's good as it's still WFH . The day they start calling office , will be the first person leaving them. Overall it's not so bad company if you're good at what you do and know your work.You must have the eagerness to learn .
