India has a huge population. ITBD will never fall short of people, who they can fool and ruin their careers. Job security - they layed off 30 people during lockdown without compensation and started hiring again after one week. Work Culture - In case, you're a seasoned psychophant, you may do well . Management - incapable and indecent people is the best description for the leadership of ITBD. Company Policies - they keep changing policies to suit their unethical strategies and intentions....Read More

They don't mind paying a leader ten times the amount a grassroot (bread winner) level employee gets. And they do that because that leader is instrumental in exploiting employees and executing unethical practices.
