- No recognitions to the right employee's, right employee's will get only motivational speech. -Low salary and also salary deductions if you come 1 minute late. -No proper Hike, people who favour to management will get hike and support. -HR system is waste and they will give Fake promises. -Worst management. -There is no Exit process clearly defined.
