I have been working with IRIS for last 3 years. I have experienced the best time here while working with IRIS. All my managers, HR, colleagues are so good that you feel home like environment here. Work culture is great, we get so many learning opportunities, Job security is very good. People are very helpful here. Always ready to help you and bring the best in you.

It's a decent company, all depends on the project you have got.

Dislikes

The client specially Citi is just abysmal.I still don't understand how they are still operating .there is no interference from Iris if you have any issues with the client (typical no spine behaviour of service based companies).
