Iris company distyoing the future of employee. Management are very worst. WFM and talent management team play game with the employees. Nothing good in Iris.

At start I thought it is a big company n job will be safe but no job security is here.

When will be company fired no idea, without any reason.Cleared two mock interviews & waiting for client interview they fired me just before the probation is going to complete.They loudly says work life is safe here but 👎.I personally wrote all the matter to the owner of Iris Mr. Anil Apte but he didn't hear my problem n fired me without any cause.
